Lynn Cullen was born and raised on a farm in rural Iowa. She attended a small high school with a graduating class of 23 students. She received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Iowa and a graduate degree at a California State University. Her parents were both first-generation college students and Lynn was raised to value education and contributing to your community. Although she has spent much of her adult life in California, she retains a strong connection with her rural Iowa roots and wants to support young Iowans in reaching their goals.
