Join us on Tuesday, October 8 for a discussion on how professional advisors are on the front lines of keeping dollars in Iowa communities. The Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa is part of a new statewide initiative called 5 for the Future, along with the Iowa Council of Foundations. Iowa is experiencing an unprecedented transfer of wealth from generation to generation. Talking to people about committing just 5% of their estate to local causes or communities would have an incredible impact on keeping local dollars doing good right here in our state. You work with people who love where they live — this workshop will focus on tools you can use to start conversations with your clients about supporting their local community through their charitable plans.
