Cedar Valley Kids Child Care and the Black Hawk County Child Care Coalition have been higlighted as a childcare success story by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. The Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa has been a highly engaged partner, serving on the Coalition, providing grant support, and serving as the fiscal sponsor of the project.
