Buchanan County Community Foundation awards $117,075 in grants to local organizations
June 28, 2017 - The Buchanan County Community Foundation held its annual grant awards ceremony on June 27, announcing the distribution of $118,551 in grants to 27 community projects of area nonprofits and government agencies.
“The work these deserving organizations do to create a stronger Buchanan is critical to making our communities places where everyone can thrive,” said Mark McGarvey, Buchanan County committee chair. “The Buchanan County Community Foundation is proud to be a partner in their work, and we are thankful for the generosity of community-minded people who make this impact possible.”
