Scholarship Criteria

One-year scholarships for students graduating from South Winneshiek and Turkey Valley High Schools who will be attending an accredited university, junior college or trade school within the state of Iowa, who demonstrate the abilities to successfully complete the requirements of the institution chosen. To apply for this scholarship, contact the South Winneshiek Dollars for Scholars or the Turkey Valley Dollars for Scholars.

Give to the Fund

Financial gifts to the Citizens Savings Bank Fund with the Winneshiek County Community Foundation allows the Community Foundation to award financial assistance to students pursuing higher education. As the cost of tuition continues to rise, it is more important now than ever to diminish the barrier of affordability and allow students to focus on what is most important - their education.
