Gifts to the Honor Flag at WinnMed established by Rich and Carol Gaard fund with the Winneshiek County Community Foundation will benefit the WinnMed Foundation in Decorah, Iowa. The fund will assist in the maintenance and care of the American Flag located on the Winneshiek Medical Center property.
